2025-2026 Closed Days and Opening Hours

Since April 2022, the Museum is closed on the first and third Monday of every month (or the following day if Monday is a public holiday).
However, the Museum or single exhibition rooms may also temporarily close in preparation for upcoming exhibitions or for maintenance.

The last admission to the Permanent Exhibition is 30 minutes before closing.

December – March　8:30 – 18:00 *Last admission is always 30 minutes before closing.

Reference Room

9:30 – 18:00

Museum Shop

Restaurant Ginrei

April – November　open 10:30　last order 19:00

December – March　open 10:30　last order 18:00 (open until 21:00)

Parking

8:30 – 22:00 (no entry or exit after 22:00)
